About Josie
Josie Tulloch has a BSc in Sports therapy and rehabilitation and a HNC in soft tissue massage. She has
also gained a Diploma in Swedish massage. A combination of a love of outdoor sports and a
fascination of human anatomy meant becoming a sports therapist was a natural career choice. She
treats a wide range of clients, from ultra-runners, professional violinists, builders or people
struggling with back pain while working from home. When she isn’t working you will find her out
running with her dog, swimming in a loch or out cycling on the local trails.
Sport and Remedial massage therapy.
Sports and remedial massage therapy involves a clinical approach with the aim being to reduce pain,
increase joint mobility, repair damaged tissues, correct postural imbalances and provide exercises to
allow the client to maintain these improvements. This is achieved through a variety of techniques
including joint mobilisations, targeted specialist massage techniques and an individualised rehab
plan. No treatment will be the same as they will be specifically tailored to each person.
