​The early morning practice of Yoga is a long held tradition in India.  It awakens the body and soul and regulates our system..... it creates a steady body and a steady mind. 

We have a small dedicated room for Yoga. 
Sessions must be booked and are therapy based. 

Private tuition or one to one sessions are great to get fast tracked into the basics of yoga or for a specific issue which needs attention..... these are available throughout the week. ​
